Be Present
Being present is at the heart of the Dance of Life. It anchors us in the Here and Now, supports us to flexibly take perspectives and to shift attention and awareness. Being present engenders the Observing Self, noticing the part of us observing our experiences.
Contact the Present Moment
This moment of Here and Now is where life happens. In a way, it is all we have. The conscious movement of the Dance of Life and the reflections of ACT invite to mindfully strengthen the contact to the Here and Now.
Observing Self
The Observing Self is about the direct experience of being aware of being aware. We practice observing our own private inner-world and observable physical-world experiences and notice that there is a part of us observing these experiences.
