Description
A single Focused ACT (FACT) brief counseling session. We will employ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a powerful evidence-based approach to facilitate that change, based on state-of-the-art research how the human mind works.
In Focused ACT, we will start with just one session and seek to make a difference for the issue at hand and establish a skill to take home and practice. At the end of a FACT, we can agree on another session if this seems beneficial.
Typically, counselling sessions take 45 minutes.
