The Choice Point is an effective reflective tool to take a new perspective. While Choice Point focuses on moving towards and away from values for a rich and meaningful life, the ACT Matrix considers moving away from aversive and painful inner experiences and towards values. Of the two tools, the Choice Point is conceptually simpler and easier to use at home.
